Viking Pavers is proud to stand behind our materials and installation with an incredible warranty. With each and every project, we offer the following warranty.
Interlocking Pavers
We offer a 25-year installation warranty and a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on pavers. If within this warranty period, the workmanship of the installation fails to conform to our Installation Quality Specifications or there is a defect in the pavers, we will, at our discretion, choose to repair or replace the pavers at our own expense.
Segmental Retaining & Freestanding Walls
We offer a 5-year installation warranty and a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on retaining and freestanding wall blocks. If within this warranty period, the workmanship of the installation fails to conform to Installation Quality Specifications or there is a defect in the blocks, we will, at our discretion, choose to repair or replace the blocks at our own expense.
Synthetic Grass
We offer a 5-year installation warranty and a 7-10 year manufacturer’s warranty on synthetic turf depending upon the type of synthetic grass installed. If within this warranty period, the workmanship of the installation fails to conform to our Installation Quality Specifications or there is a defect in the grass, we will, at our discretion, choose to repair or replace the grass at our own expense.
Condition of Warranty
For this warranty to be effective:
• Once a problem becomes known, customer must notify us immediately. We will not be responsible for repairing additional damage caused by failure to notify us in a timely manner.
• This warranty only covers defects in the products or the installation, such as, but not limited to, causes described in our Home Improvement Agreement.
• If we needs to replace products, color matches are not guaranteed.
• Changes made to your products or installation by anyone but Viking Pavers voids your warranty.
• Normal maintenance, including, but not limited to cleaning, weeding, and turf grooming or changes in lighting caused by changes in landscaping or vegetation growth, is not covered under this warranty.
• Products manufactured by third parties, except for pavers, retaining wall blocks, and synthetic and grass, are not covered under this warranty.
• Upon the completion of the work, warranty is void if payment is not met per your Home Improvement Agreement with Viking Pavers.
This document is basically a summary of certain rights described by your Home Improvement Agreement with Viking Pavers. Your Home Improvement Agreement will supersede any difference between the terms of this summary and the installation quality specifications set forth your Home Improvement Agreement.
